- Are the device IDs entered in the database correctly?
- Whether the device is in the coverage area of the Lartech network
- Whether the nearest base station
- Is the application selected for the device
All the above checks can be performed in your Personal account. In the event that the result of the check is positive, but the device does not register on the platform, please apply for technical support.
