Access to applications is carried out with the account of your Personal account. In order for the application to communicate with the device, it is necessary to «tie» the device to the application in the Personal Area.
In case the device is not registered on the server platform, it is necessary to check:
Are the device IDs entered in the database correctly?
Whether the device is in the coverage area of the Lartech network
Whether the nearest base station
Is the application selected for the device
All the above checks can be performed in your Personal account. In the event that the result of the check is positive, but the device does not register on the platform, please apply for technical support.
